This policy outlines the rules for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for T-shirts and Shoes purchased online. We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store.

Returns (3-Day Window)
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Items showing wear, damage, stains, or alteration will not be accepted
To request a return, email us at Support@fitwithbody.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
Items marked as Final Sale
Discounted or promotional purchases
Gift cards or vouchers
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Exchanges (Size / Defective Products)
Size exchanges are allowed within 3 days, subject to stock availability
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, inform us within 48 hours of delivery
Photo or video proof may be required for verification
Verified cases will receive a replacement or refund at no extra cost
Refund Eligibility
